Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on hi31. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If hi31 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses, free bets, or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.1 Registration Information

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Bonus Expiry

A bet accepted at a materially incorrect price due to a technical fault may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the bet was placed on an event that had already started and the in-play feature was not available; a technical error resulted in the bet being accepted under materially incorrect conditions. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

• Request from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or financial institution

• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

9.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. hi31 will notify the account holder via registered email prior to applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. The balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Reactivating an account requires a successful login and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
